PAYOUT PROCESSING

We process cashins (winnings) every day, Monday to Friday.

Your withdrawal request will be displayed in the "Pending Withdrawals" section under the Casino Cashier's page until it is processed. This allows you to reverse any cashin back to your casino balance if you wish. You will be notified via email when your cashin has been processed.

Winnings under $50 will be credited back to your Casino balance. Please choose your preferred payout method from the options available.

All payouts are processed through our ECash provider, Sun Internet Services (1-888-349-7752). Winnings are also processed in the following currencies: Euro (€), Pound (£) and US Dollar ($).

FRAUD CONTROL

Required Verification Documents. For increased security (both yours & ours), fraud & risk control, we MAY need you to fax the following documents.

• Proof of Identification (Driver's license or passport for signature match)
• Copies of current Credit Cards registered, ( You can block the middle eight digits for security reasons) OR Copy of credit card statement
• You MAY be required to Sign & Authorize Purchase history for all previous credit card transactions. (This may be needed each time you cash in).
• Credit card statements may be required for name and address verification only. Please feel free to block your personal and private transaction information, we do not need it or wish to encroach on your privacy.
• You only need to fax this once from your current address.

PAYOUT OPTIONS

You may choose from the options below which method you prefer and notify our cashier at: cashins@suninternetservices.com. Please provide your User account ID number on your email for easy identification and fast response.

Payouts are made through:

1. Wire Transfer We process wire transfers directly to your bank account. A fee of $20 will be deducted to cover bank transfer costs unless you are a member of one of our VIP clubs.

Important:

All Intermediary banks or your bank handling the wire transfer, may deduct fees, before your transfer is credited to your bank account.

2. Checks: Registered mail: Allow 14 to 21 days for delivery depending on both International & your local postal service.
There is a cost of $18.

3. Courier:  This delivery method costs $35 to the USA or $40 to other countries. The charge is deducted from your winnings. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days to locations in the USA and Canada.

4. Alternative Methods: Surplus winnings can also be credited to your Alternative Ewallet.
